POSITION- IT MANAGER
LOCATION - BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG
SALARY - RM 6000-8000
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the migration and implementation of new system (when there is) and other logistics platforms.
- streamlining multiple business processes through system-based automation and improvements.
- Monitor and reduce hardware and software costs across departments.
- Maintain accurate data records across all legacy and current systems.
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand logistics workflows and propose IT improvements.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for system or hardware issues.
- Conduct training or onboarding for new systems when there is a need.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6-10 years of working experience in IT operations or system support.
- Familiar with system migration, ERP/WMS systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and good at problem-solving.
- A team player who can work independently and communicate clearly with non-IT users.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
