Logistics Executive to join our team. If you’re passionate about optimizing logistics and ensuring seamless operations, we would love to hear from you!- Logistics Planning: Oversee and coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels and warehouse operations to ensure accurate stock records and minimize stock-outs or overstock.
- Shipping and Receiving: Supervise the shipping and receiving process, ensuring goods are safely stored and transported according to schedules.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with logistics vendors, freight forwarders, and shipping companies for cost-effective and reliable service.
- Documentation: Ensure that all logistics-related documents are prepared accurately, including bills of lading, import/export paperwork, and customs documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze logistics processes and propose improvements to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs.
- Compliance: Ensure that all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Education: Bachelor�s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
- Familiar with shipping and receiving procedures, documentation, and customs regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
