Our client is a well established IT Solutions company.
- Facilitate Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Prepare documentation (functional specs, user manuals).
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
- Support end-user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain business knowledge repositories and train new team members.
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for development.
- Use Jira for task tracking, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and resolve issues.
- Diploma/Degree in computer science or information technology or IT equivalent.
- Experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in application development.
- Prior experience in the i-Gaming industry is considered a plus.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Mandarin language proficiency is required for communication with stakeholders.
