Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in coordinating daily operations across warehouse, supply, and restaurant outlets.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory tracking, and liaise with the procurement team.Support documentation and reporting related to deliveries, stock movement, and supplier coordination.
  • Assist in scheduling, order processing, and inter-branch communication.
  • Liaise with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Support operations team during events, new outlet setups, or stock audits.
  • Maintain proper filing and data entry for operations-related documentation.


Requirements


  • Diploma or equivalent; background in business, logistics, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in operations, admin, logistics, or a related role.
  • Good organization and coordination skills; detail-oriented and responsible.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
  • Computer-literate (Microsoft Excel, Word; knowledge of inventory systems is a plus).
  • Willing to work on-site and support urgent tasks as needed.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
