Assist in coordinating daily operations across warehouse, supply, and restaurant outlets.
Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory tracking, and liaise with the procurement team.Support documentation and reporting related to deliveries, stock movement, and supplier coordination.
Assist in scheduling, order processing, and inter-branch communication.
Liaise with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Support operations team during events, new outlet setups, or stock audits.
Maintain proper filing and data entry for operations-related documentation.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent; background in business, logistics, or hospitality is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in operations, admin, logistics, or a related role.
Good organization and coordination skills; detail-oriented and responsible.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
Computer-literate (Microsoft Excel, Word; knowledge of inventory systems is a plus).
Willing to work on-site and support urgent tasks as needed.
