Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of production operations, material storage including team
management, training, equipment maintenance and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( Planning, QA, Technical, etc.) to meet
production goals and business KPIs.
- Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, product quality and minimize waste.
- Resolve quality issues promptly and implement corrective/preventive actions to
reduce complaints.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards ( ISO, MDA, MDR ).
Maintain thorough documentation and quality adherence.
- Monitor raw materials, logistics and new product introductions are effectively
managed.
- Participate in new product manufacturing preparations.
- Responsible for planning, directing, and customizing factory operation
processes.
- Develop performance standards, regularly supervise staff work, provide
feedback, and record evaluations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical),
Manufacturing, Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing or a
related industry.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Proven experience in manufacturing with strong leadership and team
management skills.
- Skilled in analyzing production data and driving operational improvements.
