JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Responsible to handle and complete the project within the pre-determined cost & time
- Attend project monitoring site work progress, sub-con & workers attendance
- Prepare daily activities planning & programming
- Liaison with the main contractors Builders, Consultants, etc
REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent Knowledge in design and AutoCad are an added advantage
- Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.
- Able to coordinate, supervise and liaise with Clients, Consultants, Authorities and Contractors
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels
- Mature personality, independent, initiative, self-motivated and have good technical skills in decision making
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in equipment repair and maintenance
- Possess with own transport and willing to travel
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Port Dickson: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
