a) Issue Purchase Order to supplier.
b) To check and verify supplier Delivery Order and Invoice.
c) To check supplier quotation and negotiate with supplier.
d) Searching & evaluate new supplier.
e) Sourcing and analyze existing product in terms to look for higher quality and good price.
f) To verify on non conformance product and raise complaint to supplier.
g) To create and update new product code and description.
h) Update halal certificate and other product documents from supplier.
i) Prepare product specification, certificate of analysis and any related document.
j) Inform customer on shipment arrival and monitor shipping document to customer.
k) Follow up to receive shipping document from supplier and our banker.
l) Assist in import and export clearance when necessary.
m) Prepare shipping document for export.
n) Undertake other job responsibilities assigned by superior.
