· Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
· Perform manual and automated testing of applications.
· Identify, document, and track defects.
· Collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality.
· Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance.
· Prepare test reports and documentation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA engineering.
- Proficiency in test management and automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Worked in an insurance application environment and familiar with insurance application landscape.
