1. Manage levels of stocks and assure product availability for transportation and fleet maintenance.


2. Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing stock using inventory software or manual records.


2. Keep a record of in/out of stock.


3. Checking the stock as per record.


4. Ensure that store is kept clean and organized.


5. Manage and train store staff.


6. Ensure all warehouse staffs are compiled to SOP.


7. Assist with audit preparations and change any errors discovered during stock audits.


8. Key in the delivery and update delivery status by using Excel


9. Coordinate delivery planning for multiple warehouse locations.


10. Assist in POD claim for all transportation that involve in warehouse


11. Any other ad hoc task that will be given


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
