- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing finished goods.
- Reject materials and products that do not meet quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to understand product requirements.
- Measure product dimensions, test functionality, and ensure conformity to specifications.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Document inspection outcomes by preparing detailed reports and maintaining performance records.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of quality control standards, inspection procedures, and testing techniques.
- Familiarity with industry products, manufacturing processes, and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with quality testing equipment, tools, and systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
