Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead and organize sales activities to meet annual targets.
  • Develop and improve sales policies and procedures.
  • Monitor market changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Review and approve sales contracts, invoices, and shipment documents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow up on payments and manage credit risks.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor�s degree or higher.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in semiconductor or electronics industry*.
  • Strong skills in competitive analysis, pricing, negotiation, and contract review.
  • Proven experience in developing overseas markets.
  • Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing) for communication with international clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle work pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and improve continuously.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
