TREES AND SUN OUTDOOR are currently seeking a Store manager for overseeing the performance and operations of the retail outlet.
STORE LOCATION: Miri, Sarawak
SALARY: Basic + Commission + KPI

Sales and Profitability: Drive sales to meet or exceed store targets, analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits and manage store budgets and control expenses to ensure profitability.-
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided, resolve customer complaints and handle issues in a timely manner, implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.-
Staff Management: Interviewing new staff, create staff schedules and ensure optimal staffing levels, monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.-
Store Operations: Ensure that the store operates smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis, maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.-Maintain awareness of market trends /monitor what competitors are doing.
-At least 5 years retail experience with min 1 year in a managerial role
-Candidate must have knowledge in Sport or Outdoor related product
-Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people leadership and management.
-Ability to communicate in Chinese, English and Malay.
