Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service


  • Greet and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and respect.
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable gold, silver, or gemstone jewelry.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store-level sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to maximize transaction value.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.


Product Knowledge & Presentation


  • Maintain deep knowledge of product collections, materials, pricing, certifications, and care tips.
  • Ensure that all jewelry displays meet visual merchandising standards and reflect brand prestige.
  • Support stock replenishment and showcase new arrivals effectively.


Operations & Compliance


  • Handle all POS transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Follow store opening and closing procedures as per SOP.
  • Maintain vigilance and adherence to security and loss prevention guidelines.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting at all times.


Reporting & Communication


  • Submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and inventory updates to the Store Manager.
  • Provide insights on market trends and competitors to enhance store performance.
  • Attend team briefings, product trainings, and store meetings proactively.


Key Attributes & Requirements


  • Passion for jewelry and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to speak Bahasa Melayu, English, and preferably other languages (e.g. Tamil, etc.).
  • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours as required.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and dependable.
  • Well-groomed with attention to detail and professional appearance.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
