Job Description:
1. Accountable for preparing sales quotation to customer and customer service.
2. Responsible for all customer correspondences, communication, feedback and response including proper filing and maintenance.
3. Keep up to date and maintaining all selling price of all the customers and liaise closely with other team member on any price changes during cost up and down.
4. Responsible to liaise with mould maker/suppliers for fabricating the moulds and purchase of packaging materials, foam blocks, slabs, etc. including applying the Sales Tax Exemption.
5. Responsible to inform Production Planner to run customer sample upon receiving the new mould and thereafter submission of sample to customer for approval.
6. Inform and update the Production Planner, Production and QA Department upon receipt of the approved sample, mould modification and other related matters from customer.
7. Responsible for daily sales related data entry and updating the computerised system including generating timely sales report for Management.
8. Liaison with QA upon receiving complaint from customer on quality problems
9. Actively participate and involve in the Company’s activities. (Eg ISO, etc)
10. Responsible to perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement:
1. Minimum SPM or equivalent with at least 2 years related working experience
2. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
3. Preferably with computer knowledge, good co-ordination and communication skills

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
