- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports.
- Understand customer technical needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare costing and present quotations, proposals to the customer.
- Liasing and handling new customers.
- Liasing with company feedback and complaints.
- Work closely with sales, engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
- Any related tasks assigned by superior.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, 3D Modeling Software.
- Technical background in structure engineering.
- Min 1 year experience in manufacturing environment.
