• Identify & pursue new sales opportunities (corporate, government, leisure, MICE)
  • Actively promote hotel rooms, function spaces and F&B offerings to potential clients
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections & client meetings
  • Prepare & issue quotations, proposals, contracts & follow-up documentation
  • Maintain accurate & up-to-date client records in database or sales logbook
  • Achieve individual, team & whole hotel budget / targets set by Management
  • Provide forecast data & assist in market research and competitor analysis
  • Handle client requests, changes & complaints in a timely & professional manner
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure repeat business & long-term relationships
