Job Summary:


In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing sales activities, building customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.


Job Description:


  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Review and approve sales documents, such as invoices and shipping forms.
  • Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collection.
  • Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly).
  • Coordinate with other departments for customer credit checks and order processing.
  • Support and train sales staff to improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.


Qualifications:


  • College diploma or higher.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing) for communication with international clients.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
  • Experience with ISO standards is a plus.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
