- Develop and grow sales for FCL/LCL, import & export freight forwarding and NVOCC services.
- Generate leads, pursue new customers, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting the company�s logistics and shipping solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their shipping needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure competitive offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client contacts, and reports via CRM or internal systems.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and freight rates.
- Attend industry events and network to expand client base.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any post-sales service requirements.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding and/or NVOCC sales.
- Strong knowledge of shipping and logistics services (sea freight, air freight, customs clearance).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Existing customer portfolio is a strong advantage.
- Experience handling regional markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, Middle East, ISC) is a plus.
- Own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings.
