Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead a team of sales consultant.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company..
  • Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.


Requirements:


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 5 years in sales related job, preferable in IT.
  • Strong managerial, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office. Experience in using CRM software is an advantage.
