Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our PIP organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and sustaining long-term customer relationships at all levels, including the C-suite level.
Providing superior customer service by understanding the client�s business and the value PIP can bring to drive outcomes.
Leveraging cross-functional company resources to address customer initiatives in a consultative manner.
Acting as the primary supplier interface for all products, solutions, and services with the customer.
Being the focal point for relationship strategies, account and sales plans, proposal strategies, and contract negotiations.
Identifying new sales opportunities and building value propositions for solutions into the account.
Pursuing growth through regular face-to-face meetings and winning new customers to broaden the assigned customer base.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates will ideally hold an engineering degree or a related technical qualification.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers at all levels of an organization.
Strong sales background / interested to sell general PPE.
Strong relationship with channel partners / end users.
Business acumen.
Good communication skills. Able to take rejections / take challenges / vocal.
