- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the full supply chain cycle from raw material sourcing to product delivery.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure materials availability and on-time production.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock control strategies to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost negotiations.
- Ensure accurate and timely issuance of purchase orders, delivery orders, and shipping documentation.
- Analyze demand forecasts and usage trends to optimize procurement planning and reduce waste.
- Coordinate local and international logistics, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and delivery scheduling.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, order accuracy, lead times) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, cost savings, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Diploma or Bachelor�s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning roles, preferably in manufacturing.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, MRP/ERP systems, and supply chain best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
