1) Monitoring daily operation site.
2) Meet operational standards by resolving problems, contributing information and identifying improvements.
3) To lead, coordinate and supervise workers at site.
4) Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following guideline, standards and procedures.
5) To comply with filling plan provide by Manager/AM/Engineer at site.
6) Record all activity at site including attendance of landfill staff.
