Based in: Sandakan, Sabah
- Execute plans for the continuous improvement of safe working environments for employees in office and operating centres.
- Assist to implement, monitor and maintain all policies and procedures related to safety and health to ensure the working environment is in compliant with Malaysian OSHA Act and Regulations.
- Conduct periodic safety and health monitoring to ensure practices are aligned with Group�s sustainability commitment and certification requirements.
- Coordinate health related campaign and CSR activities.
- Any other tasks related with safety and health and sustainability as assigned by superior.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor�s Degree in any discipline from recognized universities.
- Experiences in palm oil/other industry safety management.
- Knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations, and sustainability related requirements.
- Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skill with all level of employees.
- Good in investigation, analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skill.
- Proficient in MS Office, statistical reporting and report writing.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dynamic, initiative, proactive and willing to learn attitude.
- Willing to travel extensively around the Operating Centres.
