Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor computers, servers, network devices, and internet connectivity.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and office software (Windows, Linux).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across systems (e.g., email, shared drives, VPN).
- Provide first-level technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Ensure systems security through firewalls, antivirus, backup policies, and access controls.
- Keep inventory of IT assets and manage procurement of equipment and licenses.
- Document IT procedures, network configurations, and support logs.

Optional (Preferred) Responsibilities for Software Development Support:
- Support internal tools used by development teams (e.g. Git, Jira, VS Code, Postman).
- Assist in maintaining Docker containers, virtual machines or CI/CD tools.
- Provide access and basic admin for source control systems (e.g. GitHub, NAS).
- Work with developers to troubleshoot build/deployment environments when needed.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
