Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle timely renewal of business licenses with local councils: MBSA, MBJB, MBSP, MBHTJ, MBI, BOMBA, KPDNHEP.
  • Coordinate with government bodies and utilities such as SYABAS, TNB, UNIFI, COWAY for any matters related to office or warehouse operations.
  • Serve as the company�s OSH (Occupational Safety & Health) Coordinator and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Renew company and residential tenancy agreements before expiry.
  • Monitor and follow up on payment of utility and service bills.
  • Manage monthly orders for stationery and office supplies.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events or functions.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the office and warehouse environment.
  • Answer incoming emails and phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.


Requirements:


  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing or renewing business licenses, coordinating with government agencies, maintaining office compliance, and dealing with legal documents.
  • Experience with regulatory processes, legal document handling, and relationships with local government authorities is a big plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
