Responsibilities:


  • Strive to meet the store monthly sales target.
  • Perform regular stock replenishment to ensure the store remains fully stocked.
  • Provide excellent sales service to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain exceptional store appearance and uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Accurately assess and address customers' needs and desires.
  • Stay up-to-date with product information.
  • Clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
  • Actively assist in receiving new shipments.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Train new employees on sales techniques and visual merchandising standards.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior role.
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Candidate must be willing to work at Aeon Bandaraya Melaka.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
