- Work towards achieving the store�s monthly sales target
- Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure the store is fully stocked
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain exceptional store conditions and visual merchandising standards
- Identify and understand customers� needs and preferences
- Stay updated on product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits to customers
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) processes efficiently
- Actively participate in receiving new shipments
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Assist in training new employees on sales techniques and visual standards
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior retail role
- Customer service oriented with the ability to attract and engage potential customers
- Willing to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Must be willing to work at Nu Sentral
