Purpose:


  • To coach, inspire and develop the Retail Store Teams (and Departmental Business) in delivering a true brand experience for Clarks consumers.
  • To coach, inspire and develop the Store Teams in driving volume and generating strong profits for the business, while clearing aged stocks quickly and effectively
  • To take ownership of building the brand aligned to the commercial strategy across the retail estate
  • To take ownership of the total store handling KPI�s, delivering on set objectives across monthly, quarterly.
  • To manage positive and constructive relationships with mall operation managers.


Accountabilities:


  • Monitor & ensuring all store are operating as per SOP and Guideline
  • Mange & ensure operational efficiency in each store
  • Review & Work for improving of enthusiastic and professional standard of customer service
  • Providing leadership by example & direction to all employees
  • Manger inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals
  • Providing decision making with clear direction for performance improving or solve problem
  • Setting employee and team goals and appropriate rewards for achievements
  • Recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing, results driven associates
  • Coach, monitor and develop team member for improved performance and recognize excellent
  • Conduct performance appraisals for and coach development for staff on a regular basis
  • Coordinate & manage quarterly stock take flow procedure & completion

Essential Knowledge:


  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Malaysia Retail market
  • Proven track record in managing multiple stores
  • Experience in people behavioural development and leading successful teams
  • Experience in building and developing (coaching) store team member
  • Knowledge of wider retail and sales environment and current trends


Technical Skills:


  • Planning and organising

  • IT literate; ability to use excel, word, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa and preferable with Mandarin (written and oral)

Successful Experience:


  • Area management experience 2+ years
  • Retail experience in a footware, apparel 2+
  • Experience in Malaysia retail market 2+ years


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
