Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the smooth running of daily building and facility operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams, security, cleaning personnel, and third-party service providers to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.
  • Proactively manage tenant relations by addressing feedback, complaints, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas, equipment, and building infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure the timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and operational expenditures to ensure efficiency and financial compliance.
  • Liaise effectively with local authorities, vendors, Joint Management Bodies (JMB), Management Corporations (MC), and regulatory bodies including Bomba, DBKL, etc.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports including building status, monthly management reports, maintenance schedules, and collection updates.
  • Monitor and support the collection of service charges, sinking fund contributions, and arrears recovery.


Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree in Property/Building Management, Engineering, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in managing high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and service providers effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-versed in the Strata Management Act 2013, local statutory requirements, and building by-laws.
  • Hands-on experience in building operations, budgeting, and compliance audits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management systems


Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Pay: RM3,122.42 - RM7,250.66 per month
