· To assist & ensure all logistic operation run smoothly.
· To answer phone calls, and attend emails for any inquiries from customers and any other related parties
· To serves as liaison between customer and various department especially operation
· To do telemarketing to maintain orders/requests from the customer
· To maintain and update customer records
· To prepare quotations and agreements for new customers
· To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to Head of the Department
· To key in Request of Transport (ROT)
· To update plan delivery planning and outstation planning
· Checking container closing date in the port system
· Planning/updating pick-up and return containers in the port system
· Any other duties assigned by the Management
· Diploma / Degree holder in related disciplines.
· 1-2 years working experience preferably in Customer Service.
· Good Communications skills, written and spoken.
· Good interpersonal and people management skills.
· Good planning and organization skills.
· Pro-activeness in job responsibilities.
· Thorough hands-on involvement in key projects and departmental tasks / activities.
· Focus on Customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
