We are looking for a dedicated and experienced
Farm Manager to lead and oversee our farm operations. This role is responsible for managing tropical fruit plantations and egg production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and long-term sustainability.Work Location: Bentong, Pahang
- Oversee daily farm operations, including crop cultivation and egg production.
- Implement and uphold sustainable agriculture practices.
- Manage farm staff and resources to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Monitor crop and livestock health, production yields, and quality standards.
- Coordinate the supply of farm produce to meet business and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and agricultural regulations.
- Diploma or higher in Agriculture or a related field.
- Proven experience in farm management or similar agricultural roles.
- Strong knowledge of tropical fruit farming and egg production.
- Passionate about sustainable and efficient farming methods.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and on-site.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
