Key Responsibilities


  • Identifying the hiring needs of our company (store level)
  • Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHSA) requirements.
  • Carrying out the entire recruitment process from beginning diligently.
  • Crafting job requirements and descriptions for all positions in the retail department.
  • Creating and posting job ads on various platforms to attract qualified and skilled candidates.
  • Creating attractive environment and work closely with Store Manager to implement ‘Staff engagement� at store level
  • Conducting orientation, training and development programs for new hires.
  • Managing employee records and payroll data of all retail staff.
  • Coordinating with Store Manager and other HR professionals.
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed by the employees
  • Evaluating the performance of retail staff and providing the necessary feedback.
  • Researching about the new trends and advancements in the human resources field.
  • Reporting on employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly and annually)
  • Manage payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules and seasonal employment
  • Dealing with Legal Dept. on license renewal for store
  • Manage manpower and meal supply for stock take


Qualifications : Diploma & Equivalent


Relevant Work Experience : Proven +2 years of experience working as a HR Executive (experience in Retail is an added advantages)


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
