Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply._- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, manpower planning, and job postings
- Handle intern programs and university partnerships
- Maintain reports and ensure compliance with statutory recruitment documentation
- Oversee staff amenities, plant facilities, and reception operations
- Manage cafeteria policy, company vehicle scheduling, and utilities
- Support uniform distribution, staff gifts, and hostel management
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Fresh grads welcome - we�ll guide you!
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian Labor Laws is a plus
- Strong and firm communication skills in English & Malay
- Detail-oriented, organized, and independent.
