INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) MANAGER

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  
• Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, AWS, Azure, CISSP) are highly preferred.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or cloud solutions, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  
• Proven experience in IT project management, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
  
• Proficient in network systems, server management, hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure), virtualization, and cybersecurity.
  
• Familiar with Malaysian PDPA compliance and general IT governance standards.
  
• Experience with website management, DNS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
  
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Able to work independently, manage teams, and operate under pressure.
  
• Capable of training end-users and translating technical concepts for non-technical staff.
  

• Oversee and manage the Club�s entire IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud systems, and cybersecurity.
  
• Plan, monitor, maintain, and improve the organisation�s network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and server environments.
  
• Coordinate with other departments to provide IT support, recommend systems, and implement solutions.
  
• Supervise IT support staff covering POS systems, hardware/software troubleshooting, and network support.
  
• Manage IT vendors, service contracts, domain names, and websites.
  
• Ensure IT operations comply with PDPA and relevant data protection regulations.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies on new technologies and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
  
• Monitor IT resources usage, control costs, and suggest cost-effective improvements.
