Responsibilities:


  • Serve as first point of contact for IT/system support requests
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, network issues (Windows/Linux)
  • Escalate unresolved cases to higher-level support
  • Assist in IT asset management and system maintenance
  • Prepare support logs and performance reports


Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (Mandarin preferred)
  • 2-3 years of working in similar role
  • Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and IT tools
  • Good communication and customer service skills
