JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:


  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • HR Administration: Help maintain accurate and confidential employee records using our Human Resources Information System Preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and other correspondence.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of company events, team building activities, and other employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Compliance: Provide support in ensuring HR practices adhere to company policies and follow local labour laws and regulations.


JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). . Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn. . Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). . Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work at the HQ located in Puchong (3 mins to One City, USJ)


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
