Job Description
- Based on demand to write up requirement document to specify the new functions or changes in systems for programmers� review.
- Discuss with end users and programmers to clarify the specifications need in requirement documents.
- Test the functions of new features or changes request developed by programmers if they are working as expected.
- Report an error, issues, and correction request to programmers for updates need.
- Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) on the systems.
- Preparing and/or updating the manual documents / reports.
- Brief the end users and conduct training if needed.
- Systems include corporate website, mobile website, insurance business operating systems, documents and workflow management system, client access data base, and online application systems.
Requirements
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin /Japanese/Korean.
- Additional specialized languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, and Korean will be an added advantage.
- Detailed-oriented and self-motivated.
- Computer literate with MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Essential typing skill in English and Mandarin/Japanese/Korean.
- Bachelor�s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 1 - 3 years working experiences.
- Knowledge in project analyst or systems is added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

- Position is available at Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (Menara Perak).
- Operation hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
