- To establish the administration and management of the contract and cost procedures of the company.
- To carry out pre-contract and post-contract activities
- To prepare pre-qualifications documents, if any, tenders bid and quotations
- To review, evaluate and propose recommendations on tenders and quotations submitted by the subcontractors and suppliers
- To prepare and maintain subcontractor�s Workmen Compensation, Insurance All Risk and Performance Bond.
- To ensure all work carried out by subcontractor�s are in accordance to the requirement of main contractor and subcontracts
- To monitor on amendments and changes to the scope of work and conditions of contract, variation orders and extension of time
- To prepare and submit interim progress claim to client.
- To evaluate and prepare progress claims and final accounts from subcontractors
- To attend site meeting as and when required by project manager
- To take of quantities from drawings and prepare bill quantities
- Bachelor�s degree in Quantity Surveying
- At least 3 years experience
- Experience handling project QS at site is an advantageous.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking skills and sound knowledge of construction
- Excellent negotiating, interpersonal skills and great networking abilities
- Ability to organize, plan and strategized
