- Find and develop new customers to grow the business.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, technical proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Work with service and technical teams to support customer solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Organize product training for customers after sales.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely debt collection.
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in industrial products. (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.)
- Experience in air compressors or similar products (e.g., pumps, HVAC, industrial automation) is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel.
- Willing to work in Masai, Johor.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.15pm
- Basic salary: RM 3,000 - RM 3,800 (based on experience)
- Car maintenance allowance: RM 600
- Claims provided: Toll, petrol, and mobile phone usage for company purposes
