Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

• Manage and execute tour operations in line with agent and customer requirements across worldwide destinations
  
• Drive new business development to expand the customer base and meet or exceed sales targets
  
• Build and maintain a robust client database by identifying new prospects and strengthening existing relationships
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and strategic recommendations to the Country Manager
  
• Develop destination marketing materials, emphasizing key selling points for clients and internal sales teams
  
• Promote and upsell new travel itineraries, activities, and destination experiences
  
• Conduct pre- and post-season reviews, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement
  
• Evaluate proposed itineraries and service components to ensure feasibility, profitability, and margin optimization
  
• Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and site inspections
  
• Proactively address and resolve service-related issues and client complaints
  
• Support management on special assignments or strategic projects as needed
  

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  
• Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience in the travel or hotel industry, preferably with a DMC or travel agency
  
• Strong industry network within the travel agent community is a plus
  
• Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
  
• In-depth knowledge of travel operations, processes, and destination management
  
• Experience working with multinational or foreign organizations is highly desirable
  
• Self-driven, mature, and capable of working independently in high-pressure environments
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
