- Coordinate, motivate and monitor team performance and activities based on assigned geographical sales territories.
- Assist the sales representative in negotiations and deal-closing with potential customer.
- Provide sales forecast and report sales progression/activities to the management.
- Provide inputs to develop proper pricing strategies, balancing organization objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Develop & implement company wide-go-to market plan together with all department to leverage business opportunities.
- Maintain company relationship with prospective customers by providing up to date promotional activities to secure and achieve business objectives.
- Ascertain client needs and respond regarding products and service to strengthen mutual business commitment.
- A candidate with at least Bachelor Degree in Science.
- Well-established experienced in pharmaceutical field sales.
- Have experience in managing a team, or guiding, mentoring junior.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership role with the ability to identify and implement effective sales force coverage of all specialists.
