- Respond to product inquiries.
- Prepare technical slide / presentations for customers.
- Advise on dosage, consumption rates, and product specifications.
- Provide in-depth support on chemical formulations, storage, handling hazards, and application methods.
- Serve as safety representative during site visits (PPE, spill management, correct dosing systems).
- Attend customer plants to troubleshoot performance issues, safety issues, equipment malfunctions & support incident investigations.
- Train customer technicians / operators on product handling, dosage control, and safety protocols.
- Prepare Technical Data Sheets, MSDS / SDS, and product specs.
- Maintain internal technical documentation.
- Coordinate new product / concentration sample submission to third-party labs.
- Assist in Certificate of Analysis (COA) preparation.
- Evaluate customer plant layout & condition.
- Recommend pumping method: tanker (size / dimension) vs IBC; required pipe length, connection type, diaphragm pump / pump head sizing.
- Review tanker / truck site access and equipment compatibility.
- Work with R&D on customization, reformulation, and new product development.
- Participate in site visits, pilot trials, supplier / plant audits, and technical meetings.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / �A†Level / Pre-U / Professional Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing industry is required for this position.
- Willing to travel to all around Malaysia to visit customer site, service and attend training.
- Possess car as transport vehicle.
- Required skill(s): Use MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
