- Identify suppliers and evaluate offers based on price, quality, service and reliability.
- Manage the procurement process form requisition to delivery.
- Maintain accurate purchasing and pricing.
- Negotiate pricing, terms with vendors.
- Understanding procurement procedures and comply to company compliance.
- Support ad- hoc requirement / any other duties as required
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (for entry/mid-level roles).
- Experience in vendor negotiations, contract management, and inventory control is highly value.
- Experience in SAP and Ariba will be added advantage.
- Diploma or higher in a relevant field such as Procurement and Supply chain / Business Administration/ Logistics or Economics.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
