Work Arrangement:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative for our Taiwan market. The ideal candidate will provide professional and efficient support to our e-commerce users through non-voice and occasional voice channels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and platform-related issues via email and chat.
- Make outbound calls when necessary to clarify or follow up on customer concerns.
- Review, assess, and coordinate return and refund requests efficiently.
- Address user issues related to financial transactions and logistics operations.
- Manage account-related inquiries, including permission and access concerns.
- Accurately log customer interactions and relevant system activities in internal CRM tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Taiwanese Mandarin.
- Diploma or higher education preferred.
- SPM holders with relevant BPO customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
- Detail-oriented and organised.
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Adaptable to rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.

Work Arrangement:
- First 3 months: Work From Office (WFO)
- From 4th month onwards: Work From Home (WFH) eligibility based on performance

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
